Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Call Center
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Fluency in the English language, both spoken and written to master customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle calls and emails with professionalism, embodying the spirit of Field Nation in every interaction, particularly in high-stakes situations.
Mastery in the art of diplomacy, bringing separate perspectives together while remaining as a neutral third party.
