Responsibilities & Context
This is a part-time job for female candidates only. The candidate will be hired on a probationary basis for 6 months. After that, the candidate may be or (not be) permanent based on performance. Your interview will be in English, so you are only recommended to apply if you are fluent in spoken English.
The applicant should be well-groomed, fashionable, and should have a pleasant personality (not of shy or timid nature). Those who cannot entertain children are not encouraged to apply.
The candidate must be fluent in spoken English (with very good pronunciation), talkative, friendly, lively and must have a loud voice.
The candidate should have good knowledge about the Kindergarten School Curriculum (candidates experienced in Kindergarten School mentoring shall have an added advantage)
The candidate should be able to recite Rhymes (in both English & Bengali) with proper body language, teach basic Phonics, tell stories to Preschoolers.
The candidate should have the ability to communicate with parents politely, diplomatically, intelligently and if necessary, argumentatively (in both English & Bengali)
The candidate should have the basic drawing skills which can be taught to Preschoolers
The candidate must be able to handle irrelevant questions and unnecessary complaints from guardians (training shall be provided)
The candidate should be very aware and sensible about her duties, tasks and overall responsibilities

Responsibilities & Context

This role works cross-functionally to ensure digital campaigns are set up correctly in production systems, delivery objectives are met, and clients and partners are appropriately billed.
Trafficking and QA display and video campaigns/creatives across desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Troubleshooting Ad Delivery and creative issues.
Pulling and analyzing reports from various third-party platforms/Ad servers to monitor campaign delivery.
Performing accounts with cross-functional partners/clients.
Managing the work time and prioritizing tasks according to the client’s needs.
