KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to banks overall deposit status by creating a high-quality depository clientele base.
  • Formulate sales strategies for all deposit and asset-based products.
  • Plan, organize and monitor business development plans and programs of Premium Banking to meet targeted results.
  • Closely monitor the services delivered to the valued Premium Banking customers to build sustainable customer delight.
  • Ensuring accountability for achieving overall team results.
  • Meet budget and maximize the Bank’s earning opportunities.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, provide regular market information updates and trend analysis.
  • Monitor Premium Banking frontline team to actively participate in Digital Activation of their respective assigned customers.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-year graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in the relevant field, incumbents working in a supervisory role will get preference.
  • Ability to lead a dynamic team independently.
  • Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others.
