🧾 Job Responsibilities

Conduct classes following the school syllabus and academic guidelines
-
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and contribute to curriculum development
-
Ensure students are actively engaged in meaningful learning
-
Maintain effective classroom management
-
Assess students’ performance and provide regular feedback to the authority
-
Observe, record, and report student behaviour and progress
-
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
-
Implement daily academic programs under the guidance of the Principal/Coordinator
-
Perform academic duties including assessments, parent interaction, and related tasks
-
Maintain professionalism, integrity, and loyalty to the institution
-
Carry out any other duties assigned by the school authority
🎓 Educational Requirements
-
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in relevant subject
-
Candidates with O & A Level background will be given preference
🧑🏫 Experience Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an English Medium School
-
Private tutoring experience will not be considered
-
Proficiency in MS Office
-
Ability to teach using online platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)

Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
