International Call Center Executive (Night Shift)
Requirements
Education
A Level, Bachelor/Honors/HSC/ BBA/ Bachelor/Honors background necessary.
Under graduation enrolled fresher with good English communication skill are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
Experience
2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, E-commerce
Additional Requirements

Fluent in ENGLISH is a MUST.
Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager, Vendor Manager, or similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Responsibilities & Context
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Customers support.
Maintaining customers records.
Playing a role in new business development and hold responsibility for effectively managing clients.
Primary day-to-day contact with clients.
Finding new business opportunity.
Manage and maintain campaigns.
Write project and creative briefs and effectively communicate to teams.
Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the Client(s)
Properly doing the sales given by the supervisor/higher management.
Any other responsibility assigned by the Management and Supervisor.
Meeting targets and KPIs.
Following call center procedures and policies.
Providing feedback.
Staying updated on products and policies.
Problem resolution.
Multitasking and handling stress.
Candidate must be working under one year Contract.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through regular communication.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products to clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best possible terms.
