Customer Service Executive (Night Shift)
Requirements
Education
Higher Secondary, Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Additional Requirements
Age 18 to 30 years
Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift.
Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Fluency in English is a must.
Freshers are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities & Context
Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
sell services, products over the phone as per the instruction provided.
Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
During each call, follow the "sales scripts" to address different topics.
Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Night Shift: (8.00 pm to 5.00 am) including Break.
