Must be willing to work during Eid holidays (We pay an Extra Bonus for working in Eid) and other government holidays00

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for fluent English and Hindi-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium backgrounds or candidates who have International call center experience to work on our project.

The working shift may vary depending on the work load from client but is generally is 4-5 days a week.

Work Time is 12 hours (8 PM To 8 AM) But it may change a bit according to the client's needs.

Job responsibility will include taking inbound calls and chats from Foreign customers (From India, and Europe) and solving their queries.
