We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in managing high priority clients. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador for Gold Kinen and will find ways to identify opportunities for business growth and partnerships. What will you be doing? You’ll be responsible for the following:
Identify Business Opportunities: Recognize and pursue opportunities for business growth through new client contact and acquisition
Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Develop Brand Partnerships: Implement collaborations with relevant stake holders/ partners to generate new services and revenue streams
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, customer service to deliver tailored solutions for clients or resolve customer complains effectively
Prepare Reports: Generate and present regular reports on client interactions, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
Develop Account Management Plans: Create and showcase to management relevant plans to achieve business objectives and drive client engagement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field from any reputed Public or Private University
2-3+ years of experience working in an account management, relationship management, priority sales role
Candidates with banking experience will be prioritized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all organizational levels
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues and complaints effectively
Proven track record of successful negotiations and closing deals
Willingness to travel frequently
Ability to generate and follow up sales lead independently
Sound knowledge in MS Office Suites (Excel & PowerPoint).
