Responsibilities & Context

Conduct Classes :Focused on spoken English and IELTS exam preparation, including all four components—listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

Lesson Planning: Design and develop customized lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of students with varying proficiency levels

Mock Tests & Assessments: Organize regular mock IELTS tests and spoken English assessments to monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

Student Progress Monitoring: Track and evaluate individual progress and provide personalized guidance to improve their language skills.

Classroom Management: Teachers must maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building.

Provide Study Resources: Recommend study materials and resources to help students enhance their learning outside the classroom.

Counseling & Guidance: Offer one-on-one counseling to help students identify areas for improvement and strategize to meet their language goals.

Update Curriculum: Keep the teaching material updated with the latest IELTS exam format and trends in spoken English training.

Time Management
