The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Basic Computer skills, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center etc.
Responsibilities & Context
• Make outbound calls to USA / Canada customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.
• Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointments.
• Identify customer needs.
